Does SchedulrX handle deposits and balance payments?
Yes. Take an advance when the client books, then raise the final tax invoice when you deliver. You can see outstanding balances per session and per client.
Can I assign multiple crew members to one shoot?
Yes. A wedding can have a lead, second shooter, videographer, drone operator and editor on the same session, each with their own rate.
Is GST set up for photography and recording?
Yes. Use the right SAC codes for services (998387 / 998386), HSN for prints, albums and USB drives, plus CGST/SGST/IGST splits and month-end summaries for your CA.
Can I track equipment, deliverables and props?
Yes. Cameras, lenses, drones, mics, drives, props, consumables, albums, prints and USB deliverables all sit in one register, with low-stock alerts.
Does it work for recording and mixed studios?
Yes. The calendar covers photo studios, recording rooms, booths, edit suites and freelance crew. Hourly, per-session and package pricing work together.
How do you handle freelance crews?
Add freelancers with day rates and availability. Assign them per session, track payouts, and keep utilisation visible without giving them access to your books.
How long does onboarding take?
